PKA Game Terms and Conditions – Rules & Player Agreement

By accessing or using PKA Game — whether through the website at pkagame.net or via the Android mobile application — you are entering into a legally binding agreement with PKA Game. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, registered users and anyone who interacts with the platform in any capacity.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not create an account or use the platform. Continued use of PKA Game after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

To register and use PKA Game you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PKA Game is strictly an adult entertainment platform. Minors are prohibited from registering or using the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual using your own personal information. Corporate registrations or accounts created on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or agent of PKA Game or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not already hold an existing PKA Game account. Each player is permitted a maximum of one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current registration information. PKA Game may request verification documents at any time to confirm your identity.

PKA Game reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a valid CNIC, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership — before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary for security or compliance purposes.

All transactions on PKA Game are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit or credit cards. No foreign currency conversion fees are applied by PKA Game on standard PKR transactions.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your PKA Game account once the payment is confirmed by the payment processor. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier. PKA Game does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. You may be required to verify your identity before a withdrawal is approved. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: JazzCash and Easypaisa — typically within a few hours; Bank Transfer and Raast — same business day in most cases. PKA Game does not guarantee specific processing times as these may be affected by factors outside our control.

• Withdrawal requests may be held pending identity verification or a review of account activity.
• PKA Game reserves the right to apply withdrawal limits at the account level based on activity, verification status and bonus usage.
• Funds deposited via a specific payment method should ordinarily be withdrawn to the same method where technically possible.
• Any bonus funds must be fully wagered according to applicable wagering requirements before the resulting balance is eligible for withdrawal.

PKA Game offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spin offers, reload bonuses and other time-limited promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion as published on the Promotions page, in addition to these general bonus terms.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement which must be completed before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in its individual terms. Unless specified otherwise, wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period of the bonus.

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per device.
• Bonus funds may only be used on games and bet types eligible under the specific promotion terms.
• PKA Game reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• If PKA Game determines that a player is abusing bonus offers — through duplicate accounts, collusion, arbitrage or other means — the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided.
• The App exclusive 10% deposit bonus applies to every qualifying deposit made through the PKA Game Android application and is subject to its own wagering terms.

All games available on PKA Game — including slots, live casino, bingo and any other game type — are governed by the rules of the individual game as presented within the game interface, in addition to these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence except where the game's specific rules explicitly state otherwise.

Slots & RNG Games: All slot and Random Number Generator (RNG) based games use certified RNG technology supplied by the game providers. Outcomes are random and independent. PKA Game does not influence or alter game outcomes.

Bingo: Bingo games operate within defined room rules including ticket pricing, prize pools and game schedules as displayed in the Bingo section of the platform.

• PKA Game is not responsible for interrupted play due to internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• If a game session is disconnected mid-play, the game will resume from its last confirmed server state when reconnected. Any bets placed before disconnection remain valid.
• PKA Game reserves the right to void bets in cases of manifest errors, technical faults or software malfunctions that result in clearly incorrect odds or payouts.
• Demo Mode is available on most slot titles and allows play with virtual credits at no cost. Demo Mode winnings cannot be converted to real money.

The PKA Game sportsbook covers cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series, football and esports markets. All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before confirmation and PKA Game is not liable for odds changes between the time a player views a market and the time the bet is submitted.

Cricket & PSL Markets: PSL and international cricket markets are settled according to the official match result as declared by the relevant cricket governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced by weather or decided by Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, settlement will follow the sportsbook's specific cricket rules as displayed at the time of bet placement.

• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the live odds available at the moment of confirmation. PKA Game may suspend in-play markets at any time at its discretion.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event apply and are displayed within the sportsbook.
• PKA Game reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market affected by a manifest pricing error, suspicious activity or corruption.
• Bets placed on events that have already started are only valid if the platform's in-play market was open at the time of placement.
• Results and settlements are final once processed, subject to any official corrections by the governing body within 24 hours of the event conclusion.

PKA Game takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is designed for adult entertainment, and we recognise that for some players gaming can become problematic. PKA Game provides a suite of self-management tools that any player can activate at any time from their account settings.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to manage your spending. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits require a cooling-off period before they become active.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders to notify you after a defined period of play so you can keep track of time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players can request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and you will not receive any promotional communications.
• Reality Check: Regular on-screen notifications show your session duration and net activity during that session.

PKA Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to:

• Providing false, incomplete or unverifiable registration information
• Operating multiple accounts on the same platform
• Bonus abuse, including the use of duplicate accounts, third-party funding or hedge betting to extract bonus value
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment methods
• Collusion, match-fixing, use of automated bots or any form of cheating
• Threatening, abusive or harassing behaviour directed at PKA Game staff or other players
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe
• Breach of any clause within these Terms and Conditions

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance attributable to bonus funds or winnings generated through prohibited activity may be forfeited. Legitimate real-money deposits less any withdrawals already made will be returned to the original payment method following completion of any outstanding review.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Use any PKA Game branding or materials for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from any part of the platform
• Create derivative works based on PKA Game content or software

Any unauthorised use of PKA Game's intellectual property may result in account suspension and legal action.

PKA Game provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates reliably, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors at all times. Scheduled maintenance, network disruptions and third-party service outages may occasionally affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PKA Game's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

PKA Game is not liable for:

• Losses arising from a player's own failure to follow these Terms
• Losses caused by the player's own internet connection or device issues
• Any indirect, consequential or special losses of any nature
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment processors
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions or telecommunications failures

PKA Game reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, PKA Game will endeavour to provide advance notice via email or an in-platform notification.

Continued use of PKA Game following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any update, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
